Watercolor Painting for Beginners - Four Session Class
This beginner’s watercolor course is designed to be a fun, hands-on class to get the student painting right away. The class goal will be to complete two watercolor studies of Eastern Shore scenes. Participants do not need to know how to draw to complete the class painting project. Supplies available through instructor. Supply Cost - $50. Day or Evening Classes available.
Level II Beginners: Watercolor Landscape Class - Four Session Class
Take your creativity to a deeper level. In our Beginner II Watercolor Class Series, instructor Doris Glovier demonstrates how to create a local landscape, the basics of composition, handling shadows, creating a sense of depth, mixing colors, etc. You will enjoy applying your knowledge of watercolor basics to create effective and meaningful paintings. Small studies along with a full watercolor painting will be completed. Understanding some of the basics of watercolor painting is required for this fun and informative series of four classes. Drawing skills are not essential for this beginner level II class. Minimal supplies (depending on what you already have) may be required. A list will be provided at registration. Morning classes or evening classes available

Weekly Open Art Studio Sessions
Having difficulty finding the inspiration, time and space to paint? Bring your painting in progress or start a new project in a relaxed open studio format. Work in the company of other local watercolorists in an atmosphere of support and community. Instructor Doris Glovier will be on hand to provide technical advice, support and critical feedback through informal individual and group critiques. Sessions will begin with a short demo or art lesson designed to enhance the knowledge of the watercolorist. Sign up by the month and receive a discount or pay by the session
